» System i withdrawal announcement continues transition to Power
 
Effective August 26, 2008 conversions from models 9406-550 and -570 to model 9406-MMA were withdrawn in addition to selected features and feature conversions.

On December 2, 2008 System i models 1519-100, 9406-525, 9406-550, 9407-515, and 9411-100 will be withdrawn from marketing. The 515, 525 & 550 are replaced with the M15, M25 & M50 models.
